Mass. Atty's Lien Law Applies To Patent Work: Court

Law360, New York (July 29, 2009, 5:00 PM EDT) -- The Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court has ruled that a state attorney's lien statute also applies to patent prosecution work, in a case rooted in a Ropes & Gray LLP fight to be fully paid for patent-related legal services.
