US, China Pledge Trade Cooperation At Summit

Law360, New York (July 29, 2009, 4:35 PM EDT) -- The United States has agreed to help push for China to receive market economy status, which China has said would help it in anti-dumping cases — one of several commitments the two countries made during the first meeting of their strategic economic dialogue.
