8th Circ. Revives Harassment Suit Over Prophesier

Law360, New York (July 30, 2009, 3:44 PM EDT) -- An appeals court has breathed new life into a lawsuit by a man alleging he faced religious-based hostile work environment discrimination when a colleague told him repeatedly that his dead brother was suffering in hell and that he would endure the same fate if he did not “find God.”
