Law360 (March 20, 2019, 7:01 PM EDT) -- The SEC's in-house judge who issued a decision at the heart of investment adviser Raymond Lucia's recent case before the U.S. Supreme Court is leaving the agency at the end of the month, an agency spokesperson confirmed Wednesday.

Administrative Law Judge Cameron Elliot's decision to bar Lucia from investment-related activities for allegedly misleading investors caused Lucia to challenge the constitutionality of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's in-house judges in a case that was decided by the Supreme Court last year.
