SEC Says Satellite Co. Bosses Covered Up For Felon

Law360, New York (July 30, 2009, 8:16 PM EDT) -- Three former officers of Integral Systems Inc. have been hit with a suit by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission over their alleged role in covering up the involvement of a convicted securities fraud felon in the company’s top management.

The SEC accuses Steven R. Chamberlain, the company’s former CEO, and Elaine M. Brown, the company’s former chief financial officer, of covering up the criminal past of Gary A. Prince, a top executive with the company and the third party in the suit.
