SEC Wants Same Judge To Hear CSK Auto Cases

Law360, New York (July 31, 2009, 1:03 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission is seeking to transfer its $4 million clawback case against former CSK Auto Inc. CEO Maynard Jenkins to a judge overseeing the regulator's suit against four other CSK executives.

The SEC said Thursday in its transfer motion to Judge G. Murray Snow of the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona that the two cases arose from the same alleged accounting fraud scheme at CSK and should both be heard by him.
