LA Darling Fails To Escape ITT Mich. Cleanup Suit

Law360, New York (August 3, 2009, 3:07 PM EDT) -- A judge has denied display maker L.A. Darling Co.’s motion for summary judgment in a suit ITT Industries Inc. filed against it to recover cleanup costs for the alleged release of hazardous waste at a Bronson, Mich., Superfund site.
