Arbitration Award In Favor Of KeySpan Stands

Law360, New York (August 4, 2009, 3:05 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has refused to vacate an arbitration award that allowed KeySpan Energy Delivery to fire an employee, saying the arbitrator did not need to recuse herself just because her husband once provided training to the company's outside counsel, Goodwin Procter LLP.
