Cannabis Banking Bill Is Promising, But Limited In Scope

It will likely go to the full House for a vote later this year and thereafter will be sent to the Senate for consideration. If this bill becomes law, it will dramatically alter the thorny banking issues that currently face those cannabis enterprises that operate lawfully within their states as well as certain other service providers to those entities....
