4 Ex-Contractors Convicted In Big Dig Fraud Case

Law360, New York (August 5, 2009, 4:38 PM EDT) -- Four former managers of a concrete company that delivered thousands of truckloads of substandard concrete to Boston's Big Dig project have been convicted on fraud and other federal charges.

A jury reached the verdicts late Monday following a three-week trial in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, convicting Robert Prosperi, Gregory Stevenson, John Farrar and Marc Blais.
