Law360 (April 16, 2019, 9:44 PM EDT) -- The Patent Trial and Appeal Board on Tuesday designated as precedential three decisions addressing the rule that patent challengers must identify all interested parties, with one decision terminating a case for not meeting the requirement and two allowing petitioners to update filings to comply with it.
