Answers To AI Patent Questions May Be Found In Biotech

Some identified issues include inventorship, adequacy of disclosure, assessment of nonobviousness/inventive step, and patent eligibility. These have been the subject of intense discussions and will become even more pronounced as AI advances to the level where the AI implementations might begin producing inventions themselves.
