FDA Head Promises Enforcement Crackdown

Law360, New York (August 6, 2009, 4:39 PM EDT) -- The head of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration on Thursday outlined the agency's renewed commitment to “prevent harm to the American people” by ramping up enforcement efforts and acting swiftly and aggressively to address food and drug safety issues.
