GE Litigators Who Probed Alstom Deal Launch NY Firm

Law360 (May 2, 2019, 8:41 PM EDT) -- Two litigators who managed General Electric's probe into possible corruption by an acquisition target have founded O’Prey Wen LLP, a New York-based firm that will focus on commercial litigation and internal investigations.

Patricia O’Prey and Grace Wen will head their own firm, which will focus on representing corporations and individuals in financial services, securities, business and intellectual property litigation, according to O’Prey Wen’s announcement on Wednesday.

O’Prey Wen will also work with clients on high-risk corporate-level regulatory, white collar criminal and internal investigations and on updating the compliance programs and policies of companies of all sizes, according to the announcement....
