4th Circ. Sides With McGuireWoods In FMLA Spat

Law360, New York (August 7, 2009, 2:13 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has affirmed a lower court's ruling in favor of McGuireWoods LLP in a suit brought by a former legal secretary alleging that the firm retaliated against her after she exercised her rights under the Family and Medical Leave Act.
