2 Law Firms Lead The Pack In Contracts Litigation

LeClairRyan represented plaintiffs in 192 breach of contract cases filed in federal court from 2016 to 2018, according to a report by Lex Machina, far outpacing Baker Donelson Bearman Caldwell & Berkowitz PC and Fox Rothschild LLP, which filed 155 and 154 cases, respectively.

Greenberg Traurig was tapped as defense counsel in 250 cases during that same period, with McGuireWoods and Reed Smith LLP coming in a distant second...
