JPMorgan Seeks Disclosures From WaMu Creditors

Law360, New York (August 10, 2009, 1:24 PM EDT) -- JPMorgan Chase Bank NA, which has been battling bankrupt Washington Mutual Inc. over claims to billions of dollars in assets, has asked a judge overseeing the failed thrift’s bankruptcy to compel noteholders claiming to be principal creditors to fully disclose their interests.
