Tropicana Lenders Object To Trademark Action

Law360, New York (August 10, 2009, 5:15 PM EDT) -- A fight has erupted between Tropicana Las Vegas Inc. and a group of lenders regarding the casino's bid to file suit over the rights to a trademark used to secure loans during Tropicana Las Vegas' bankruptcy case.
