Plaintiffs' Firm Booted From Robert Half OT Suit

Law360, New York (August 10, 2009, 3:17 PM EDT) -- Lichten & Liss-Riordan PC has been disqualified from representing the plaintiffs in an overtime suit against staffing company Robert Half International Inc. following the firm's recent hire of an attorney from Seyfarth Shaw LLP, which represents the defendant.

Magistrate Judge Robert Collings of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts on Monday ruled that while at Seyfarth Shaw, the attorney in question had received material information on the case that could not be classified as insubstantial.
