According to the report, the German conglomerate is planning on listing the €14 billion ($15.7 billion) division in an effort to raise much-needed cash. Earlier this month, Thyssenkrupp said it abandoned a joint venture with Tata Steel that was undergoing scrutiny by European Union regulators....
