Judge Tosses SEC Claims Against CSK Auto Execs

Law360, New York (August 12, 2009, 2:03 PM EDT) -- Two senior CSK Auto Inc. executives have won dismissal of multiple claims in the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's suit alleging they schemed to cook the auto parts supplier's books by fraudulently concealing tens of millions of dollars in uncollectible receivables.
