Australian Agency OKs Chevron Gorgon Enviro Plan

Law360, New York (August 12, 2009, 1:19 PM EDT) -- Western Australian regulators have signed off on stringent environmental safeguards proposed by Chevron Corp., Exxon Mobil Corp. and Royal Dutch Shell PLC for the Gorgon liquefied natural gas development that would see the companies commit $190 million in conservation measures in the massive energy endeavor.
