ITA Says Tape Anti-Dumping Duties Should Stick

Law360, New York (August 13, 2009, 5:05 PM EDT) -- The International Trade Administration has paved the way for anti-dumping duties on pressure sensitive plastic tape to continue, finding that dumping would either continue or begin again if the U.S. were to lift import taxes on the products.

The decision, published Thursday in the Federal Register, follows the latest five-year sunset review of the plastic tape imports.
