North Face Gets PTAB To Trim Jacket Material Patent

Law360 (May 31, 2019, 6:46 PM EDT) -- The Patent Trial and Appeal Board has invalidated several claims from a Cocona Inc. jacket lining patent following a challenge from the company that owns The North Face brand.

However, the PTAB said two combinations of prior art didn't render those claims obvious.
