Foley Can ID Anonymous Witness To Client: 4th Circ.

Law360, New York (August 14, 2009, 2:15 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has ruled that Foley & Lardner LLP attorneys defending JoS. A. Bank Clothiers Inc. in a securities class action can reveal to their client the identity of an anonymous witness they say may have intentionally driven down the price of the company's stock.
