Law360, New York (August 14, 2009, 4:57 PM EDT) -- Zeroing in on an exclusion regarding intentional acts, a Missouri appeals court has upheld a ruling that Assurance Co. of America does not have to indemnify Custom Hardware Engineering & Consulting Inc. in a dispute involving copyright infringement and unfair competition claims related to robotic tape library access codes.
