Ford Will Face Retaliation Claim In Race Bias Suit

Law360, New York (August 17, 2009, 1:28 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has issued a mixed ruling in a black woman's lawsuit accusing Ford Motor Co. of passing her over for promotions because of her race, upholding a lower court's dismissal of her failure-to-promote claim but ordering a trial on the issue of retaliation.
