10th Circ. Remands Energy Consultant Copyright Suit

Law360, New York (August 17, 2009, 4:08 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has partially reversed a decision granting summary judgment in a copyright dispute between two consulting firms that produce engineer reports for energy projects seeking financing.

A three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit issued its opinion Friday, reversing and remanding part of the case to the lower court for further proceedings.
