US, Switzerland Sign Deal On UBS Account Details

Law360, New York (August 19, 2009, 1:29 PM EDT) -- The U.S. and Swiss governments have finalized a deal to disclose details about 4,450 UBS AG accounts belonging to U.S. citizens suspected of concealing assets in Swiss UBS banks, resolving a long-running international tax dispute between the two governments.
