Chrysler Plant Owner Presses Bid To Stay Enviro Suit

Law360 (August 20, 2009, 4:31 PM EDT) -- The owner of a former Chrysler Group LLC plant at the center of a putative class action brought by Ohio residents over alleged contamination has asked a court to overturn a magistrate judge's recommendation that the case not be stayed while the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency investigates the site.

Behr Dayton Thermal Products LLC filed its objection Wednesday to the April report and recommendation by Magistrate Judge Sharon L. Ovington of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
