Law360, New York (September 10, 2009, 6:28 PM EDT) -- The direction of trade policy under President Barack Obama has been difficult to gauge thus far in his administration, but attorneys say it should snap into much clearer focus soon, when the president decides whether to impose tariffs on imported tires from China in a tense and politically precarious case.
