Brazil Ready To Confront US Protectionism

Law360, New York (September 16, 2009, 12:33 PM EDT) -- Brazil, despite having a generally amicable trade relationship with the U.S., has shown a willingness to attack U.S. agricultural subsidies, and it may soon take similarly strong stands against ethanol tariffs and certain climate change measures, according to experts.
