Greenberg Loses 5 Bankruptcy Attys To Phoenix Firm

Law360, New York (August 24, 2009, 3:43 PM EDT) -- A five-lawyer bankruptcy group from Greenberg Traurig LLP has left Big Law for the 100-attorney Phoenix-based firm Gallagher & Kennedy PA.

Former Greenberg shareholder John Clemency and Greenberg of counsels Todd Burgess and Julie Rystad will join Gallagher's bankruptcy and creditors rights practice as shareholders. Craig Ganz, formerly an associate, joins as of counsel, and Janel Glynn joins as an associate. The group will practice in Gallagher's Phoenix office beginning Monday, the firm said.
