Schiff Hardin, Thelen Settle Sublease Spat For $1.1M

Law360, New York (August 24, 2009, 5:10 PM EDT) -- Schiff Hardin LLP and defunct Thelen LLP have reached a $1.1 million settlement in a dispute over office space Schiff Hardin was subleasing from Thelen when the firm dissolved.

Judge Joan B. Carey of the Supreme Court of the State of New York on Aug. 18 entered a consent judgment of just over $1.1 million which will apply to any successor of Thelen.
