ITC To Take Second Look At SanDisk Case

Law360, New York (August 26, 2009, 1:30 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided to partially review an administrative law judge's decision that found no infringement of two patents held by SanDisk Corp. in a case over flash memory technology.

The ITC filed a notice of determination Aug. 24 indicating its intent to review some of the ALJ's findings that Silicon Motion Technology Corp., Phison Electronics Corp. and Skymedi Corp. had committed no Section 337 violation.
