Antitrust Suit Against Alliance Laundry Tossed

Law360, New York (August 26, 2009, 1:52 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has dismissed the remaining claims in an antitrust and unfair trade practices case against Alliance Laundry Systems LLC, one of the leading manufacturers of commercial laundry equipment, that was brought by another laundry company that said Alliance's illegal actions forced it out of business.
