Xcel Fails To Broaden Coverage For $120M Cleanup

Law360, New York (August 27, 2009, 2:42 PM EDT) -- A Minnesota appeals court has affirmed a lower court decision that established Minnesota as the proper venue, and the state's allocation method as the best way to divvy up costs, in Xcel Energy Inc.'s dispute with insurers over $120 million of environmental cleanups in Wisconsin.
