CSB To Implement Chemical Release Reporting Rule

Law360, New York (August 27, 2009, 4:16 PM EDT) -- On the heels of a report by the U.S. Government Accountability Office condemning the U.S. Chemical Safety and Hazard Investigation Board's “incomplete” database of accidental chemical releases, the board has said it plans to implement a rule requiring companies to report all such accidents.
