Clean Water Trust Fund Could Run Dry: GAO Report

Law360, New York (August 27, 2009, 4:00 PM EDT) -- With American wastewater systems facing a potential shortfall up to $400 billion for necessary repairs over the next decade, finding the cash and consensus to support a clean water trust fund could prove difficult, according to a report released Wednesday.
