Miss. AG Hits Teva, Other Pharmas With AWP Suit

Law360, New York (August 31, 2009, 6:46 PM EDT) -- Mississippi Attorney General Jim Hood has accused Teva Pharmaceuticals Industries Ltd., two of its subsidiaries and Novopharm USA Inc. of systematically reporting inflated prices for pharmaceuticals purchased by the state's health plan, defrauding the state and contributing to a statewide crisis in health care funding.
