Grassley Calls For Improved Hedge Fund Disclosure

Law360 (October 17, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The chairman of the U.S. Senate Finance Committee sent a letter Monday to the secretaries of the Department of Labor and Department of the Treasury and the chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission, calling for greater transparency in the hedge fund industry.
