Hayes Lemmerz Issues Exit Plan For Creditor Vote

Law360, New York (September 1, 2009, 4:19 PM EDT) -- With unsecured creditors coming around at the last minute to support its revised reorganization plan, bankrupt wheel maker Hayes Lemmerz International Inc. reportedly submitted for creditor approval on Tuesday its proposed blueprint for emerging from Chapter 11 protection for the second time this decade.
