Pa. College Ignored Sexual Harassment Claims: Suit

Law360, New York (September 2, 2009, 5:31 PM EDT) -- Lafayette College is facing allegations that it subjected several female parking and security officers to a hostile work environment by failing to respond to complaints that their male supervisor was making lewd sexual remarks and repeatedly frisking them while at work.

An amended complaint for three of the five campus employees was filed Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania after the court directed the plaintiffs to flesh out some of the claims asserted in their case. A separate amended complaint...
