$8.5M Deal Brokered To Clean Up Landia Site

Law360, New York (September 3, 2009, 4:27 PM EDT) -- Five companies and two individuals have reached a deal with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency under which they will shell out a collective $8.5 million to clean up contamination at the Landia Chemical Co. Superfund site, a former pesticide manufacturing plant.
