7th Circ. Backs Union In Lengthy Back Pay Dispute

Law360, New York (September 4, 2009, 4:59 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has sided with a union in a wage dispute with an aluminum casting company, ruling that a back pay award granted when the company suspended a raise in 1995 in retaliation for workers joining the union should be incorporated into the base wage for that year.
