Goodyear Wants Learjet Crash Suit In Federal Court

Law360, New York (September 4, 2009, 1:46 PM EDT) -- Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co. wants a federal appeals court to overturn a district judge's decision to send a liability suit over a September 2008 Learjet crash that killed four people and injured former Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker and Adam Goldstein (also known as DJ AM) to state court.
