Minn. High Court OKs Prempro Cases Against Wyeth

Law360, New York (September 3, 2009, 5:17 PM EDT) -- The Minnesota Supreme Court has ruled that the state's statute of limitations on negligence claims applies to any case brought in Minnesota regardless of where the claims occurred, thwarting Wyeth Pharmaceuticals Inc.'s attempt to dodge thousands of suits over the hormone replacement drug Prempro.
