Kirkland Racks Up $32M In Sea Containers Ch. 11

Law360, New York (September 4, 2009, 2:56 PM EDT) -- Nine months after approving the reorganization plan of Sea Containers Ltd., a federal bankruptcy judge has signed off on fee requests that will give Kirkland & Ellis LLP $32 million in compensation and award $3 million to Sidley Austin LLP for its role in the company's securities litigation.
