Law360, New York (September 4, 2009, 6:03 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has dismissed a challenge from a coalition of nonprofit and environmental groups, including the Sierra Club, to the Federal Highway Administration's projected $11.4 billion plan to widen a major interstate through Virginia.
