Law360 (October 7, 2019, 7:02 PM EDT) -- The Federal Circuit has reversed a decision that cleared German medical technology company Brainlab of infringing a patent on MRI imaging technology, saying Monday the decision was "procedurally improper."
The appeals court's ruling extends a long-running legal fight between Brainlab and NeuroGrafix, a California company owned by Aaron Filler, a neurosurgeon, attorney and one of the named inventors on the patent.
